Double Eagle RanchThe Double Eagle Ranch is a working cattle ranch and horse stables located in Lincoln County, five miles west of Elsberry at the intersection of highways B and NN. The ranch consists of almost 1,400 acres of rolling terrain, half of which is open for pasture and crops. The remainder of the property is forested, with miles of riding trails connecting the different parts of the ranch.
At the heart of the property is a 30-acre lake that holds bass up to 8 lbs and carp up to 20 lbs. The Double Eagle Ranch is a natural environment not only for cattle and horses, but also for deer, turkey, ducks and geese. Trail Ride June 1, 2008 This show is open to everyone whether you are a competitor or a spectator. All breeds of horses are welcome in any class. There will be 8 Ribbons awarded in each class. Trails, Jump Course and Obstacle course will be open to all competitors all day.
